Founded in 2008 Checkmat has spread to all parts of the world through over 200+ schools. We are proud to to be part of a genuine and supportive worldwide community of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners.

In Waterford City the Checkmat Team provides class programs for all levels of skill, from beginners to advanced practitioners, adults and kids from 6 years old.

We are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Champions. We are CHECKMAT.
